Do I pay the remaining balance to the delivery driver?Yes! The remaining balance must be paid to the driver upon delivery before any party rental items are unloaded or set up. To ensure a smooth and safe rental process, please note the following: ✅ An adult signature is required on the rental agreement/release form. 🪪 A valid (non-expired) ID is required at the time of delivery. 💳 Payments to the driver can be made using: Cash App Venmo PayPal Credit or Debit Card (transaction fees may apply) We do not accept expired IDs, and no payment = no setup. What if I don’t have a valid driver’s license or identification at the time of delivery?Unfortunately, a valid (non-expired) government-issued ID is required at the time of delivery for all party rentals. This is a mandatory policy to ensure the safety and protection of both parties. If no valid ID is presented: 🚫 Your reservation will be canceled on the spot 🚫 Your non-refundable security deposit will be forfeited 🚚 Our driver will move on to the next scheduled delivery This policy applies even on the day of your event. Here’s what you can expect: 📍 Non-Gated, Secure Front Yard Rentals: Picked up same night Night pickups begin at 8:00 PM, depending on the season During winter months, all front yard rentals are picked up by 8:00 PM 🏡 Backyard Rentals (Secure & Gated): May be left overnight at no extra charge, depending on the location Next-morning pickup starts at 7:00 AM 💧 Active Sprinkler Alert: Backyards with active sprinklers will be scheduled for same-night pickup of the inflatable equipment to prevent water damage, regardless of whether the sprinklers are in the front or backyard. Please turn off sprinklers during rental hours to help us avoid any damage to the equipment. 🐾 Important Note on Pets: If large dogs or pets are present, you are responsible for any damage caused to the rental equipment. Our drivers will provide a release form covering potential pet-related damages, such as: Animal droppings Urine Chewing or scratching Excessive pet hair on inflatables This policy helps ensure the cleanliness and safety of all our party rentals in Los Angeles and Orange County.

What is the pick-up procedure for party rentals?During pick-up, our drivers will: Inspect and deflate the inflatables, checking for any damages, tears, or defects. Carefully check for pet hair, which may result in cleaning fees if excessive. Ensure there are no silly string, face paint, food, or liquids (such as ice cream or drinks) on the inflatables, as these can cause stains or damage. Look for any debris inside the units, including masks, gloves, shoes, candy, chips, or anything else that could potentially harm the inflatable equipment. We want to keep your rental clean and in top condition for future events, so please ensure everything is cleared from the units before our drivers arrive. Your cooperation helps avoid any additional cleaning or damage fees. 🧼

Why might delivery drivers not approve the rental placement?Our delivery drivers may refuse to set up rentals in the following conditions to ensure the safety and cleanliness of your equipment: We do not place rentals on: Dirt, gravel, or rocky surfaces Oil-stained areas Locations with excessive animal droppings Floor Tarps Requirement: If your setup area does not meet the above standards, please arrange for your own floor tarps to cover the entire perimeter of the inflatable. Optional Floor Tarps for Sale or Rent: Our drivers have floor tarps available for purchase, which you can keep after the event. You can also cover the surface with your own tarps or rent them from us for the event. Water Slide Placement Restrictions: Water slides cannot be set up on dry grass, dirt, oil-stained, or rural surfaces. Water slides must be placed with the slope facing downward to ensure proper drainage and safe use. If you request a water slide on an upward slope, such as a driveway or ramp, we will only place it on a downward-facing slope for safety reasons. By following these guidelines, we can help ensure your party rentals stay clean and in top condition for your celebration!

A family emergency came up, will I get my deposit back?We understand that emergencies can happen, but unfortunately, we do not refund deposits for cancellations, including family emergencies. This is a common request we receive, and our policy remains firm: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations made for personal reasons. Date changes are only allowed if requested at least one month in advance. A full refund will only be provided if weather conditions are deemed unsafe, such as: Heavy rain High winds Unexpected, unforeseen events that prevent safe setup or use of the rental equipment. Please plan ahead and make arrangements as soon as possible to avoid any conflicts, and thank you for understanding our policies!

I don’t have any of those payment methods to pay the deposit. What should I do?Unfortunately, we cannot reserve your rentals without receiving a non-refundable deposit. If no deposit is made or if we do not receive a response, your order will be automatically canceled. If you don’t have access to the available payment methods, consider having someone else send the deposit for you, or reach out to us to discuss other possible options. Do you provide delivery and setup for all rentals?Yes! We offer delivery for the inflatables of all party rental items. Our team will arrive at your event location to carefully set up the inflatables only - (we do not set up tables and chairs) we only place them in a neat pile in a chosen area and ensure everything is ready to go for your celebration.

What is your cancellation policy?Deposits are non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. However, if there are unforeseen circumstances like unsafe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund. Cancellations for any other reasons will result in forfeiting the deposit.

What happens if there’s bad weather on the day of my event?If weather conditions are unsafe (like heavy rain or high winds), we will work with you to either reschedule your rental or issue a full refund. For safety reasons, we cannot set up or use inflatables in poor weather conditions.

What surfaces can inflatables be set up on?We can set up on grass, concrete, turf, and asphalt—but we do not set up on dirt, gravel, or any uneven/stained surfaces. For certain surfaces, a floor tarp may be required to protect both the unit

Do you require electricity or water for setup?Bounce houses and inflatables require a standard power outlet within 25 feet. Water slides will require a working water hose connection nearby. We recommend ensuring power and water access is ready before our team arrives.

What happens if no one is home during delivery or pickup?Someone 18 years or older with a valid ID must be present at both delivery and pickup. If no one is available, we cannot complete the service, we will schedule for the end of the day Delivery fees may incur and or please have a family member adult sign and pay remainder balance.

I rented a Bubble House, but my party ends late. Can I keep it past 7PM?Our Bubble Houses are always picked up the same night by 7:00 PM, regardless of the event location, venue, or placement. If you need to keep the Bubble House rental longer, we do offer extended rental hours for an additional hourly fee after the 7:00 PM cutoff. 🎉 Plan ahead: Please let us know in advance so we can schedule your extended Bubble House time accordingly. Additional hours must be reserved and paid prior to delivery. ✨ Bubble Houses are in high demand—making time accommodations ensures we can continue delivering safe, trendy, and on-time party rentals in Los Angeles and Orange County.

My party starts at 5PM and ends after midnight, but the inflatable will be in a non-gated front yard. Will you still pick it up the same night?Yes, all inflatables placed in non-secure, non-gated front yards will be picked up the same night, regardless of your party’s end time. Pickups start anytime between 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM, and if a late-night pickup is needed after 9:30 PM, a late-night pickup fee will apply per hour. For tables, chairs, and other party rentals placed in a secured backyard, we may return the next morning for pickup starting at 7:00 AM. ✅ Important: To prevent theft or damage, we never leave inflatables overnight in unsecured areas. 🔐 Secure, gated backyards may qualify for overnight inflatables at no extra cost (weather and safety permitting).

Does the Bubble Balloon House rental include an on-site assistant or staff member?Currently, the Bubble Balloon House rental does not include an assistant or staff member by default. However, we highly recommend having an adult or helper present at all times, especially when little ones are entering or exiting. 🎈 The Bubble House is a visual party centerpiece filled with hundreds of balloons—it requires careful supervision, as improper use can lead to balloons escaping quickly when not accessed correctly. 🔒 The zippers are placed high, so adult assistance is strongly advised to help children enter and exit safely. ✅ Staffing Options: Need help managing the Bubble House at a venue, park, community fair, or private event space? We offer professional Bubble House attendants starting at $200+ for 4 hours. Some event venues may even require an on-site attendant—please inquire in advance to add this service. 📸 For your protection and ours, our delivery team will take photos and videos upon drop-off to document the Bubble House was delivered clean, damage-free, and in working condition. ⚠️ Customers are fully responsible for the care of the unit during the rental period, including zippers, vinyl surfaces, and balloon containment.

We’re happy to accommodate same-night late pickups for private venues, banquet halls, event spaces, or locations that require vendors to clear out by midnight or earlier. ⏰ For time-sensitive events, our delivery drivers can arrive at a specific scheduled time to pick up all party rentals—including inflatables, tables, chairs, and more. 💸 Please note: Late-night pickup fees apply per hour after 9:30 PM, especially for pickups scheduled at or around midnight.
