What do I need to Reserve a rental?Step 1: Pick your rentals on our website. Step 2: Input All information needed for delivery Step 3: You will receive an updated email with an updated invoice- if you do not receive an email look at your spam Step 4: reply to the email confirmation reservation of the quote provided Step 5: Submit a deposit or entire payment - no deposit no rental Step 6 we receive your deposit. Reserve the rentals for chosen date an invoice with updated balance is sent to you. Step 7; you are now reserved

Do I Pay the drivers the remainder ?Yes, Drivers are instructed to NOT unload and or set up any rentals if payment is not received An adult signature on rental agreement release form will be needed A valid identification is required to sign. expired ID will not be Accepted. You can pay the drivers via digital payment: Cash App, Venmo, Paypal, Debit or Credit Cards fees per transaction applies

I do not have a valid Driver license or an identificationSorry we will not be able to assist you. Your secuity non refundable deposit will be kept and not returned. Drivers will move to the next location and cancel your order even on the day of your party or event.

How much is required for deposit ?Deposit minimum Depends on Order Size and Amount. and or a Percentage on Order Amount will be required. Non- Refundable Deposits will be applied towards amount total.

What time do you guys pick up?Depends, on the location of rental Rentals placed in front yards are always picked up the same night night pick up depend on season Fall Season start at 8:00pm Winter season 8:00 pm same night Backyards in a safe location depending on location can be left overnight at no charge pick up will be in the morning starting at 7;00 am ID si required if dogs and or pets are present you will be liable for all damages drivers will provide a release form for any damages presented by pets, such as animal dropping on inflatables, animal urine, chewing, animal hairs.

what is the pick up procedure?Drivers will inflate the inflatbles checking for any damages or tears, animal hairs, can result in cleaning fees. Due to covid 19 delta measures drivers will infltate to check for masks, gloves, shoes, candy, chips, and anything that can damage the inflatables.

Drivers not approving rental placement why ?we do not serve on any type of dirt, gravel, rocks, oil stained, excessive animal dropping, dry grass, please make placement arrangements by placing your own floor tarps they should be alble to cover entire inflatable perimeter. failure to do so will result in deposit forfeit and drivers will not deliver the rentals even on date of event . Drivers have used floor tarps for sale $15.00 each you will keep the floor tarps

A family emergency came up, will i get my deposit back"This is a common excuse that we get on a weekly basis :) no, you will (forfeit)(you will not get your deposit back) your deposit, no change of date unless a month in advanced,

I dont have any of those methods to pay the deposit. what do i do ?Sorry we won't be able to assist you or reserve your rentals. All order with no response or deposit will be automatically canceled voided.
